Captured & Crafted by Sheila Renee — Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns (U.S.)
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition it was received— unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or order number.

Start a Return
Email hello@capturedandcraftedbysheilarenee.com with your order number and photos (if there’s an issue). If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted and will not receive credit.

Returns are eligible for store credit only

Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your magnets or photo products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@capturedandcraftedbysheilarenee.com with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized products (including photo magnets, name/initial designs, and any order where you approved a proof)

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/final-sale items

Note: Because our products are custom and handcrafted, small variations in color, crop, or finish are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

Exchanges
Need a different design? The fastest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the credit.
