Processing Times
All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States [adjust if you ship internationally]. Delivery times vary by carrier but are generally 3–7 business days once shipped.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist but cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
